1 cup Tahini
1 cup fresh chopped Parsley
2 Tbl Fresh Dill
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice + Zest
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Red Pepper Flakes to taste
1 cup of Water as needed for desired consistency
Place all of your ingredients in the food processor or blender, leave out the water for now. Start to pulse and combine all the ingredients
Start to slowly add in some of your water, (1 cup total) while continuing to blend. Add in slowly so you can pick the consistency of your sauce. I found that 1 Cup was just right!
This dip has such a versatile flavor, you can really
put it on anything! Makes a perfect party dip too!
