"Barefood" Coffee: Buttered Protein Latte

 INGREDIENTS: 

 

  • 3/4 Mug Full of Coffee

Or

  • 2 shots of Espresso in 3/4 Mug  of Hot Water

  • 1/2 tsp of Ghee (I like Fourth&Heart: Vanilla)

Or

  • 1 tsp Grass Fed Butter (I like Kerrigold or VitalFarms)

  • 1/2 Scoop of Collagen (I like Further Food. Use Code: Barefood10 for discount)

  • 1/4 cup Homemade Cashew or Macadamia Nut Milk

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Choose either a full mug of coffee or espresso + hot water combo and prep those. Add to a blender. Next in the blender add your butter, collagen and milk of choice. Blend for about 30 sec or until frothy. 

 

Pour and Enjoy!
