Spinach + Avocado Smoothie

 INGREDIENTS:

 

1/2 zucchini.
Handful spinach
1/4 Avocado.
1/2 banana.
1 scoop collagen Further Food (code: barefood10 at checkout)
1 tsp cinnamon

1 small spoonful nut butter or sunflower butter
Dash of nutmeg (about 1/8 tsp)
1 tsp Bulletproof MCT (coconut oil). M = Medium C = Chain T = Triglycerides

 

DIRECTIONS: 

 

Place ice at the bottom, about 2-3" high. Add in all your greens + the rest of the ingredients. Blend! Here I decided to top it off with some Chia Seed Pudding + Coconut Milk Yogurt from The Coconut Cult! I was extra hungry :)  Could also make this as a smoothie bowl!
