Pumpkin Protein Waffles

 INGREDIENTS: 

 

1 cup organic canned pumpkin.
6 tbls  Ottos Cassava Flour
4 Vital Farms eggs.
1 Tbl homemade nut milk of any kind using Ellie's Best Nut Milk Bag

1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
1 scoop Further Food Collagen

Directions: 
 

Place all the ingredients into the blender, Nutri-Bullet, or you can whisk together....but I find the consistency is much better when you blend! 

 

I use a Breville Waffle maker. Note - your batter will be super thick! Don't worry, they turn out great every time! 

 

Waffles have easily become my favorite weekend activity!
