Natural Electrolyte Tonic

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup pure coconut water

  • 1 cup filtered water

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey

  • 1 medium sized lemon or 2 small limes. Or mix them! 1 small lemon + 1 small lime.  

  • ⅛ teaspoon pink sea salt

 

 

 

 

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate before a workout. 

 

This will naturally help your body replenish its electrolytes without all the added sugar and fake ingredients!
