Grass Fed Burger Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

1 package of Grass Fed Beef

1 Pasture Raised Egg

Spices: You can use a mix of 1/4 stp of each of just what you have on hand. Italian, Cajun, Thyme, Smoked Paprika, black pepper.

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

1 clove crushed garlic

1 Tbl Coconut Aminos

1 Head of Cauliflower removed from the base and chopped into 1 X 1 small chunks

Avocado or Coconut Oil Spray is the easiest but can you drizzle oil

Add some spices. My favorite is Everything But The Bagel Seasoning from TJ's or Cinnamon and Curry. Generously sprinkle till covered.

DIRECTIONS

Pre Heat  your oven to 425

Mix all your meat and spices together and form into patties. 1 package will make about 4-5 three inch X three inch medium sized patties. You can grill at medium heat, about 450-500 for about 5 min on each side or until desired "done" center. You can also cook these stop top. You will not need to grease the pan, there is enough fat in the burger. Flip a few times on each side, every 2-3 min until done. Check the center to see how pink it is.

Cut your Cauliflower from the base and chop into 1 X 1 small chunks.

Lather it up! Avocado or Coconut Oil Spray is the easiest but can you drizzle oil. Add some spices. My favorite is Everything But The Bagel Seasoning from TJ's or Cinnamon and Curry. Generously sprinkle till covered, and toss them around so everyone is seasoned. Place in the oven and roast for 425 for about 30 min or until crispy. Sprinkle with sea salt to finish.

Assemble you bowl! I love to place the burger on top of arugula, add a side of sauerkraut or other veggies and top with smashed avocado.
