Whole (Eat the yolks!) Egg Scramble

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1 Tbl Ghee or Grass-Fed Butter 

2 Tbl Nut or Coconut Milk (Optional) 

2 Whole Pasture Raised, Hormone Free + No Antibiotics Eggs

1 Cup Spinach

2 Slices All Natural Carageenan Free Turkey Breast 

*Optional Add Ins - Mushroom, Peppers, any other veggies!

Top with:

1/2 Avocado

1/2 Grapefruit

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Heat your Teflon free), preferably cast iron pan, with 1 Tsb Ghee or Butter. Whisk Eggs with Milk, if you choose! Add the Turkey to the pan, then add the eggs. Start to scramble for a few minutes on medium heat. Before the eggs are cooked fully add the spinach. Finish cooking everything and top with a touch of sea salt and pepper.
